How it works

Four simple steps from booking to claim

Step 1

Book your service

Search for a professional, choose your date and time, and select 'Pay via Access to Work' at checkout.

Step 2

Attend your appointment

Your professional is confirmed and contact details are shared. No payment is taken at this stage.

Step 3

Download your invoice

After the service, your invoice is generated automatically with all the details needed for your claim.

Step 4

Submit your claim

Submit the invoice to Access to Work with your claim. Your card is only charged if the claim remains unconfirmed after 30 days.

Invoicing made simple

Once your service is complete, we generate a detailed invoice formatted for your Access to Work claim. It includes the date, duration, service type, and professional details. Download it from your booking page whenever you need it.

All EasyTerp receipts are compatible with Access to Work claims, regardless of which payment method you choose at checkout.
